Text messages have their own terms, on their own page: read the text message terms. They cover what we send, how you join, how often, what it costs, and how to stop.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
A business account is for the business that opened it. Keep sign-in details private; you are responsible for what is done under your account.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Your customers, invoices, photographs and pricing remain yours. We hold them to run the service and will export them for you on request.
Card payments from your customers are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own agreement. We do not hold your customers' card details.
Do not use OC Billing to send marketing texts, to invoice people who did not hire you, or to break the law. Accounts that do are closed.
We aim to keep the service running and to warn you before planned work. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
